You must not use such marks. Other names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans on our website are the trademarks of us and our related entities. 

Our products are patent protected

We also have products protected by patents.  You must not breach our patents. Our patents are the exclusive property of us and our related bodies corporate.Patents are generally available and to see how to access Australian patents please see the IP Australia website. For overseas patent access please see your local patent authority. 

Enforcement

We take any breach of our intellectual property rights seriously, and we respect the intellectual property rights of our customers.

Any breach of our intellectual property rights in any way is not permitted and will be pursued by us accordingly.
