A Responsible Gambling Technology that provides patrons and members with a mechanism to ask if they are “OK2PLAY?” and if not, seek support. OK2PLAY? is the ultimate tool in the SS&A toolbelt to ensure patrons had a discreet avenue to seek support from the Club if they ever needed it.
When asked, “Are you OK2PLAY?” with the click of a button or QR code scan, SS&A patrons and members who feel vulnerable can simply respond no, triggering a private and immediate response from Senior Management who will ensure the patron is connected to further support services if required.
The OK2PLAY? platform serves as a reminder that a simple tool can in fact be one of the most powerful and effective means for a Club to ensure their venue is the safest environment it can be for patrons and guests.
