Albury SS&A Club is a community focused Club that prides itself on the support they give to members, sporting clubs and local charities, and have strengthened their position in the community, by introducing the leading technology system – OK2PLAY? – throughout the hospitality venue.
OK2PLAY? is built by Australian Tech Company, GPT, and has been developed to increase the speed of response between a patron of a venue and staff, creating the pathway for connecting patrons to assistance in a discreet, seamless, and frictionless manner, in real time.
“The Club has been a member of the community for over 70 years and we love the ability that we have, to be able to support both sporting clubs and local charities. By introducing OK2PLAY?, this is just another way that we can support our staff and the community going forward,” Albury SS&A Club, CEO, Gerard Darmody said.
“We have over 30,000 members and 150 staff currently here at Albury SS&A Club, and we are proud that we have been able to grow both our staff numbers and the membership, to be a community venue, everyone can enjoy. This community focus can only be achieved based on the success of the team that we have and the hard work they do, everyday.
“By introducing the OK2PLAY? technology into our venue, it allows us to continue to support our customers and staff, support player protection, and also support the whole community. We would like to continue to build on the current measures we have already here at Albury SS&A Club for both our patrons and staff, and by implementing this technology, it will allow us to do that,” Mr Darmody said.
