Corowa RSL has this week introduced the industry leading tech platform, OK2PLAY? as a way of furthering the Club’s responsibility to its staff, members and community.
The digital platform built by Australian tech company, GPT, OK2PLAY? has been developed to increase the speed of response between a patron of a Club or Pub and a staff member, in a discreet manner and in real time.
Corowa RSL Club has been a part of the Corowa community for over 80 years. With beautiful facilities and a growing membership base, the Club is a strong supporter of locals in the area.
From being the major sponsor of the football team, to pony club support, funding for the fire brigade, local gardens, mens shed, she shed, Schools and a range of other community organisations, Corowa RSL takes its responsibility to its local community very seriously.
“We are a Club who supports the community in everything we do and by introducing OK2PLAY? we are strengthening our position as a responsible venue,” Peter Norris, CEO, Corowa RSL says.
“For us it is about ensuring that we are providing our community, patrons and members with a safe entertainment venue and ensuring we are a responsible entertainment option.”
“To have this tech platform in our Club is something that our staff are really proud of,” Mr Norris explains.
“We don’t want to roll along without thinking about the impact the business has on the community. Protecting both our staff and community is vitally important,”
“We have a beautiful venue and to be a sustainable venue, in looking after our people, which is both our customers and our staff, is the driver and the ethos of our Club.” Mr Norris said.
